These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ADventure website and platform. This is sample copy for a demonstration site and should be reviewed by your own counsel before any real-world use. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the service

You may use ADventure only in line with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. The AI produces drafts and suggestions, and your team is responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it goes live.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the actions of anyone you invite to your workspace.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed at a flat price as described on our pricing page. We do not charge a percentage of your advertising spend. You can change or cancel your plan as described in your account or by contacting us.

Connected accounts

When you link a third-party platform, you authorize ADventure to access it as needed to provide the service. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break the law or any platform's policies.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. AI suggestions are aids for your team, not guarantees of results. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
